* FAI is the French abbreviation for Frais Agence Inclus, which is the price for the house and estate agency fees. The “commission charges” of a registered French estate agent is determined by a tariff which should be displayed in their offices. Therefore the only additional money to the price would be the Notaire’s fees, which include all taxes and legal expenses. We are a registered French Estate Agency. We do not charge our clients for “finding” a property, nor do we take deposits so as to deter “timewaster”. The TOTAL PRICE as calculated above is the price that a French buyer  would pay and includes no Intermediary referral or supplementary fees whatsoever.
