This is a great property situated in a hamlet with 5 other properties. It is close to many larger villages and towns all within 15/30 minute drive.
The house itself has a new roof/insulation and windows throughout including velux which have fitted blinds. There is a new Fosse septique which was fitted just over 2 years ago to the new regulations.
