Hi my name is Victoria

 

Whilst I lived in France last year I worked as a  registered Agent Commercial working in the Normandy area of North West France. I worked in collaboration with a Registered Estate Agent who gave me the chance to work along with a great team of agents, and held a Carte Professional in my name. I am now back in the UK but still working in conjunction with the agency.

 

I am here to help you in sorting out  finding, viewing and negotiating the purchase of your dream home in France. Whether you are looking for a property in which to live in permanently, for a holiday home or even as an investment, I can help.

 

I lived in Normandy with my parents and dog Brandy. The area is surrounded in farmland, and lots of fascinating towns and places to visit from Mont St Michel to the D-Day landing beaches.

 

As for buying a property unfortunately, many people have wasted a considerable amount of time, paper and money in travelling to and from France to find a new home. So why not let me take the stress out of the looking for you.

 

I work in conjunction with Immobilier Des Deux Rives Agents, I am able to liaise with colleagues in many other areas of France to obtain details of properties that are not necessarily in my area. Equally due to the agents holding a Carte Professionelle they are able to find or make enquiries on your behalf in relation to any property in France that may be for sale.

 

And my fees for this? Exactly the same as it would be if you had walked into the Estate Agency  Office in Laval France. I do not charge extra on the basis that you are English, nor do I hide the actual price of the house behind an “all inclusive web price”. The House prices on this site, are exactly the same as they are available to French customers in the Agency. I am happy to provide a breakdown of prices, fees and taxes in relation to any of the properties on my site.
